Brief

New Era Square needed to position itself as a vibrant new food, drink, and leisure destination. This £70m development in Sheffield needed to create a buzz and get people talking (and visiting).

Our Activity

We worked with the scheme’s developers and ran several campaigns including one involving a 1350kg stainless steel panda which has now become the symbol of the new development. We helped New Era win some of the biggest property awards in the north, introduced New Era to television, radio and media, kept the scheme in the headlines and built excitement ahead of full opening.

Results

New Era is fully let – a remarkable achievement post pandemic. Footfall is strong, media interest is high and New Era can confidently describe itself as an award-winning, must-visit destination.
