St Lukes The Moor Case Study

St Luke’s – Sheffield’s Hospice launched a brand-new concept store in 2023, bringing together eco-conscious fashion, curated looks, and ethical shopping together under one roof.


Brief

Altitude was asked to assist the wider communications and retail teams at St Luke’s with the launch of the new store. 

Our Activity

Working across several departments at the charity, Altitude provided PR support, drafted media content and engaged with journalists. We built a brand-new social media following on Instagram and TikTok and liaised with influencers and external stakeholders to create a buzz around the launch. We assisted with the launch itself, providing advice, getting influencers and journalists to the store and providing events assistance where needed.

Results

Altitude provided strategic support while generating positive media coverage in local, regional and national media, engaging over 1,500 new social media followers, encouraging the launch to have a crowd of people including prospective customers, key city stakeholders, fashion influencers and St Luke’s staff.  

The store continues to be popular, regularly performing over target, and the charity has formed brand-new long-lasting relationships on the back of the project.
