Brief

We were asked to provide media training to RNN’s senior team and share industry knowledge to improve confidence dealing with the media.

Our Activity

We provided a tailored half day media training session looking at the role of the media, understanding the news process, media handling techniques, examples of good practice and tips.

Results

The senior team, including Chief Executive, was impressed by our training and has since incorporated our guidance into their own processes and protocols. We have been retained by the RNN Group to provide continued consultancy to the marketing department. Recently, we’ve worked with the team to devise a multi channel marketing campaign which ran in early 2024 called #MyTime.
