The aim was to raise Solomons Europe’s profile across the construction, infrastructure and nuclear sectors, while positioning the business as a leading voice on NEC4, commercial consultancy and team performance.
The campaign also focused on highlighting the company’s collaborative and people-first culture to support recruitment, partnerships and wider industry influence.

Campaign activity positioned Solomons as experts on NEC4, collaboration, resilient project teams and positive industry change. This included press releases, interviews, podcasts, LinkedIn content, commentary and speaking opportunity outreach.
A major part of the campaign was the launch of the ‘Matchmaker’ initiative, which highlighted Solomons Europe’s work helping SMEs access opportunities within major infrastructure projects, particularly the Sellafield PPP Framework.
We also developed thought leadership around team performance, modern contracting approaches and learning-led leadership.
